Yu joined RBVC in April 2021. She is a passionate investor who is enthusiastic about technologies. Prior to RBVC, She worked at CMG-SDIC Capital, and acquired extensive experience in all phases of investment process. Prior to this position, she worked as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney. She holds a BS in automotive engineering from Tsinghua University, a MS in mechanical engineering from Columbia University, and a PhD in mechanical engineering from UCLA.

Gitte joined Bosch Ventures in 2009 and is based in the Stuttgart office. Prior to Bosch Ventures, she held several international leadership positions within Robert Bosch, including Managing Director of Robert Bosch Finance Plc in the UK and Director Finance for Bosch’s Asia-Pacific operations in Shanghai. Her main focus is on software-driven innovation, and she has evaluated, executed, and managed investments across various fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Energy. She also serves on boards of several portfolio companies. Gitte holds a Diploma in Business Informatics from HTW Berlin and an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.

Ruslan joined RBVC in July 2016 and is located in the Sunnyvale office. With his background in finance and economics, he is evaluating investment opportunities and supports the execution of investments in various search clusters. Prior to Bosch, as Manager in a software start-up, he was responsible for business development, finance and legal topics. He started his career as Consultant in the Corporate Finance department of an auditing company where he gained deeper experience in the area of financial modelling and valuation across various business sectors. Ruslan holds a diploma degree in business administration from the University of Duesseldorf, Germany. He is fluent in German, English, and Russian.

Baha Berse is manager for Finance & Controlling and Fund Administration of RBVC. He is responsible for all fund- and direct investment-related financial affairs after closing and supports all investments from due diligence until exit whilst optimising commercial processes and tools. He is the link between RBVC and Bosch’s corporate departments regarding financial, controlling, and administration matters. Prior to joining RBVC, Baha worked in various divisions of the Bosch Group (Automotive Electronics, Car Multimedia, Chassis System Brakes) worldwide gaining significant expertise in controlling (from sales, through projects, plant management, SAP implementation, to reporting and consolidation). Baha holds a degree in business administration (Dipl.-Kfm. (FH)) and business informatics with distinction (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsinf. (FH)) from the University of Applied Science Hanover (Germany). He is fluent in German, English, and Portuguese and has a basic knowledge of French, Turkish and Spanish.

Amy is a Senior Investment Director with Bosch Ventures, based in London. Amy opened Bosch Ventures' London office in 2026.

Amy has interest and experience across numerous deep tech themes and industries, with particular expertise in electrification, energy systems, bioengineering and deep learning. She began her career as the first employee of a biotech startup, where she was VP Operations and helped raise ~$20M of financing. Her investing experience includes VC funds Atomico, Biospring Partners, Systemiq Capital and Zinc Ventures. She has closed investments across multiple geographies and stages, from the earliest pre-Seed deals through to Series B.

Amy has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, a DPhil (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Corey is an Investment Director with Bosch Ventures, based in Boston. He has prior venture climate tech focused experience at Energy Impact Partners and Clean Energy Ventures.

Prior to joining the venture community, he worked at Draper Labs in Cambridge MA as a Systems Engineer where he developed an extensive background in the design, development, and implementation of advanced technology solutions and vast experience in cross-functional leadership.

Corey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is also a graduate of the System Design and Management (SDM) program at MIT (M.S). Corey also holds Chemical Engineering degrees from Columbia University (M.S.) and Tufts University (B.S.).

Gudrun Düpjohann is an Assistant with RBVC, based in the Stuttgart office. Prior to joining RBVC, she worked for several Bosch Business Units. Gudrun is working part-time (Monday to Thursday in the morning) and is fluent in German, English and French.

Laxmi is Executive Assistant and provides high quality support and office organization in the Frankfurt office. She is furthermore responsible for various administrative tasks. Prior to joining RBVC in 2010, Laxmi gained extensive experience as an executive assistant in various industries. She is fluent in German, English, and Hindi.

Ayelet Edrey joined RBVC in July 2015 and is based in the Tel-Aviv office. She is involved in all stages of the investment process with a particular focus on investment opportunities in Israel. Ayelet brings with her a financial, deal making, operational and technological experience. Her previous position was with Bank Leumi (Israel’s largest bank), financing large M&A deals. Prior to that Ayelet was AVP Strategy & M&A in m-systems/Sandisk where she took part in the m-systems M&A ($1.5Bn) as well as in the PMI. Ayelet was a Principal with Apax Partners in Tel Aviv, where she invested in technology companies. Prior to that she had a Product Management position in Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) and spent 6 years at Intel’s R&D Center in Israel in management and development roles. Ayelet holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a B.Sc Cum Laude in Computer Sciences from the Israeli Institute of Technology (the "Technion").

Located in RBVC's Stuttgart office, Christoph focuses on software investment opportunities. He has worked in various roles at Steria Mummert Consulting, Fraunhofer and the central IT department of Bosch, resulting in a very broad background in the world of IT. Christoph holds a Diploma degree in Bioinformatics / computer science from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

Sascha joined RBVC in 2018 and is located in the Stuttgart office. Prior to Bosch, as Head of Venture Capital, he was responsible for managing the Seed-and VC-Funds with their broad investment focus as well as heading the Venture Capital Team at a local investment company. By leading numerous transactions, he backed his strong transaction and financial experiences. Before heading the team, Sascha gained experience as Investmentmanager in this sector. Prior to focusing on VC investments, he started his career as Consultant in Corporate banking. Sascha holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and the CPEA certificate from the Technical University Munich.

Johannes Grabowski is responsible for the Open Bosch activities started in 2018. He joined Bosch in 2005 and was involved in various projects for sensors, power electronics and robotics. He is an expert in innovation and business models and lead various projects, groups and initiatives within Bosch. He holds a technical degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing. MEMS, University Freiburg) as well as a business degree (MBE, Steinbeis University Berlin). Also he is a certified PMP professional.

Lu joined RBVC in June 2021 and is responsible for outside-in innovation activities via Startups. She is a passionate intrapreneur with extensive experience in Strategy, Business Development and Portfolio Transformation, esp. in the Mobility, Electrical Drive and Refrigeration sector. She holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Material Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s degree in similar fields from Cornell University.

Kelly He is an Executive assistant with RBVC, based in Shanghai. She supports the team with various administrative and organizational tasks.

Prior to joining RBVC, she worked for several Bosch Business Units in shanghai. She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Adam joined Bosch Ventures in 2023, based in Boston. Adam leads a team of Investors that focus on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities on the East Coast.

Prior to joining Bosch, Adam led Bose Ventures, the venture capital arm of the Bose corporation for 5 years where he led investments in digital health, medical devices and advanced sensor technology. Before Bose Adam held venture roles at Stanley Black and Argo Global Capital with a focus on wearables, wireless technology, MEMS, and new materials. Adam received his MBA from Cornell University and resides in Boston Massachusetts.

Hongquan is an Investment partner at Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH (RBVC). As a “deep tech” investor he has led multiple successful investments in the area of IoT, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and Automotive in Europe, China and US. Within RBVC Hongquan is responsible for the search cluster "automation and electrification" which includes sensors, semiconductors, MEMS, electronics robotics and Autonomous & Cognitive systems. Recently Hongquan has started investing in block chain technologies for industrial applications. Prior to RBVC, Hongquan has been working at Bosch since 1996. He has collected broad experiences in the automotive and electronic industries. Before joining Bosch, Hongquan worked as a research scientist in the Fraunhofer institute for reliability and micro-integration (IZM) in Berlin, Germany. Hongquan holds a doctoral (Dr. rer. nat.) and a diploma degree in physics from the Technical University Berlin, Germany.

Jan joined Bosch Ventures in 2022 and is located in the Stuttgart office. With a background in Controlling and Finance, Jan supports due diligence of fund- and direct investments as well as all investment-related financial affairs after closing.

Prior to RBVC, he worked as Controlling Business Partner for Bosch's inhouse Global Business Services unit and performed internships in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions and Controlling. Jan holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Stuttgart as well as a M.Sc. in Finance from University of Hohenheim. He is fluent in German and English.

Ingo Ramesohl, Managing Director at RBVC, is located in the Stuttgart office and responsible for the technical strategies and decisions at RBVC. Apart from serving as a partner in RBVC he maintains the contacts to the Bosch management organization. After 16 years with Bosch in different positions in Germany, Korea and China he joined RBVC beginning of 2015. Ingo gained insight into various markets, such as automotive electronics and into different management challenges starting from, development, corporate functions, quality and production, P&L responsibility and general management. He got his Ph.D. from the University of Technology Aachen in Electric Engineering.

Philipp Rose, Managing Director, is responsible for all commercial aspects of RBVC besides being one of the investment partners of RBVC. Focus areas of him are Portfolio Management, Funds investments, financial / legal / tax issues, coordination with the Bosch Group, etc. Prior to joining RBVC in 2014 Philipp held various General Manager or CFO positions in different Bosch subsidiaries. He joined Bosch in 2003 after gaining many years of extensive experience in M&A execution at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan, both in Frankfurt and London.

Philipp holds a diploma degree in business administration from the University of Regensburg, Germany.

Janine Schlink joined RBVC in 2023 and is responsible for outside-in innovation through startups.

Janine has been in the Bosch group since 2012, her previous roles cover user experience, product management and business model & innovation. Prior to RBVC she was innovation program manager at Bosch Mobility.

She holds a Diploma degree in Industrial Design from University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany. She is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of French.

Xiaoguang Sun joined RBVC in March 2018. In his position as Investment Partner and Head for China, he leads RBVC's investment activities in China. Xiaoguang has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of venture capital investment in the region. His previous experiences include 8 years at Intel Capital, investing in technology based innovative companies in China. He has also acquired expertise in capital markets, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at companies including JP Morgan, Citigroup, and InBev. Xiaoguang has a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Gadi Toren is an Investment Partner with RBVC, based in the Tel Aviv office, responsible for the search area of Clean Tech and the Israeli Venture Capital activity of Bosch. Gadi has been active in Venture Capital since 1998, focused primarily on early stage investments. His previous position was with Partech International, heading their software and Internet Investments in Israel, where he invested and served on the board of PowerID. He spent 6 years as Principal with Apax Partners in Tel Aviv and London where he invested in various companies such as Ceragon Networks (CRNT), Ezchip - merged with Lanoptics (LNOP), Commtouch (CTCH) and Native Networks - sold to Alcatel in 2004. Prior to joining Apax Partners, he was Director and Head of the Product Management group at Elbit Systems Ltd where he led projects in Europe, Asia and the USA. Gadi holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, and a BA Magna Cum Laude in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Heribert Uhl is a Senior Investment Director with RBVC, Heribert is responsible for investments in the energy & environment search cluster. He has been with the Bosch group since 1999 and acquired a profound system understanding of the automotive industry. In his previous role as manager of cross-divisional and international projects, he was responsible for vehicle management and safety systems. Prior to joining Bosch, he spent four years projecting and developing automotive interior panels at the Dräxlmeier Group. Heribert holds a Diploma degree in Mechatronics from the University of Applied Science in Esslingen, Germany. During his studies, he gained practical experience at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the Plataforma Solar de Almeria, Spain.

Pauline is an Investment Director with Bosch Ventures, based in Sunnyvale. Previously, she spent four years at ArcTern Ventures, where she supported investments in data center hardware, home electrification, and mobility. She also interned at Renewal Funds, a cleantech venture capital firm investing in green consumer packaged goods and worked on the strategic investment research team at British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, where she supported the pension fund with ESG benchmarking and risk analysis for private markets.

Her experience spans sourcing, evaluating, and supporting early-stage startups across climate and deep tech sectors. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Jan is involved in all phases of the investment process from preliminary evaluation to assisting management during the investment period. Prior to this position he was responsible for Bosch Corporate Strategy in the Asia Pacific region, based in Shanghai. He gathered extensive experience in strategy consulting before joining the Bosch Group. Jan holds a joint master degree in engineering and business administration (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany and is a CFA charterholder. He is fluent in German, English, and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Mandarin.

Nick Wheeler is an Investment Partner with RBVC, based in Silicon Valley. Nick has been in the Venture Capital space for +10 years and has led numerous investments across his career, resulting in four successful exits, including a NASDAQ IPO and acquisitions by Nvidia, Johnson Controls, and IFS Software. Prior to re-joining Bosch Ventures, Nick was a Managing Director with Standard Investments. Before that, he spent seven years with Bosch Ventures, focusing on investments in the Supply Chain & Logistics, Applied AI/ML, Data Applications & Infrastructure, Enterprise SaaS, and Advanced Manufacturing verticals. Nick also spent four years sitting on the investment committee of the UCLA Venture Capital Fund. Preceding his career in Venture Capital, Nick had a variety of operations management roles within the aerospace and industrial verticals. Nick holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Shan is an experienced strategist and business developer served in various Bosch entities, including Bosch China Headquarter, Electrical Drive division and Corporate Strategy Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Bosch in 2010, she was a consultant for Frost & Sullivan and Dun & Bradstreet, where she worked across a broad range of industries, in particular automation and electronics, on issues of growth strategy, market entry, M&As, credit management. Shan holds an MBA in Finance from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (the "UESTC").

Susanne is involved in all phases of the investment process from preliminary evaluation to assisting management during the investment period. She has been with Bosch group since 1999 and gathered expertise in diverse business units in automotive, as well as, industrial automation. Prior to this position she worked for Corporate Strategy in the Robert Bosch headquarter, based in Stuttgart. Susanne holds a Diploma degree in Physics from the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technical University Aachen and attended the Business MBA Program at the San Jose State University. She is fluent in German, English, and has a basic knowledge of Korean.

Jeff Yu is an employee of Robert Bosch LLC and focuses on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities for RBVC in the USA.

Prior to joining Bosch in 2012, Jeff was Managing Director for The Angels‘ Forum and a Principal at Crescendo Ventures. He has also worked in various operating roles at Nortel Networks, CAE Electronics and the National Research Institute of Canada.

Jeff holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
